Project Overview

England Rugby’s excellent Kids First programme is designed to teach girls, boys and coaches the correct way for 7-13 year olds to safely develop their rugby union skills. In this series, sponsored by Quilter, national coach Eddie Jones and his England squad, including captain Owen Farrell, teach kids a series of games that are not only fun but are aimed at giving them the tools to continue enjoying the game throughout adulthood.
